Volare Software, a custom software development company specializing in web and mobile applications, has been awarded a U.S. Air Force Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) contract through AFWERX and the Air Force Research Lab (AFRL).

The project will advance the development of the Human Resources Smart Weapon, a mobile and tablet-optimized custom web app for onboarding airmen with one click. Common fields will be pre-filled for airmen, fields will be validated as they are entered, multiple PDFs will be created from one form submission, and workflows will route submitted PDF forms for approvals and signatures.
