Redesigned CI-CD pipelines for an electronic payment processing platform supporting many different technologies, cutting production deployment times from two days to twenty minutes and eliminating manual deployments entirely.
OpenPath is a payment orchestration platform that sits between eCommerce sites and payment providers, handling transaction routing, fraud detection, and subscription management. Their production deployments took two days of manual work across many different technologies, slowing releases and creating risk for a platform where downtime directly impacts merchant revenue.
Redesigned CI-CD pipelines in Azure DevOps with YAML, automating the entire build and deployment process across OpenPath's multi-technology stack.
